Betty is the kind of pony every kid deserves to grow up on—the kind that helps create core memories in and out of the arena. She has spent plenty of days in the desert tagging, doctoring, and sorting calves, then loaded up and hauled to local playdays to compete in barrels, poles, flag race, and more.

Betty has also been shown successfully in 4-H, competing in the two-handed class where she placed 1st in halter, trail, western pleasure, equitation, and bareback. She is a mare that knows how to go slow and steady for youth events, then step it up when it’s time to rope a calf in the desert or arena.

She has been ridden primarily by an 11-year-old boy, and when he points her in a direction, Betty goes. While she isn’t finished in any single rodeo event, she has a very willing mind, great attitude, and all the right pieces to continue progressing in whatever direction her next rider chooses.

Betty is the definition of a true youth pony—versatile, honest, and ready to help the next kid learn, grow, and have fun.
